How do I place an order?
To order, simply choose the quantity and size and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. Follow the same steps again to add additional items. Once you complete your shopping you will be asked for shipping and billing addresses, payment options, and all information needed to receive your product(s).
How soon will my order ship?
We want you to receive your products promptly and attempt to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
What are my payment options?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) through PayPal. We do not accept checks or cash.
Why can’t I find an item?
We only display items in stock and are available to be shipped. If you don’t see it listed, it is not in stock. We do this to avoid shipping back ordered merchandise.
Why can’t I find my size?
If you do not see the size you want for an item you wish to purchase it is either out of stock or unavailable, at this time.
What is the largest size you carry?
We are constantly expanding the variety and options of our merchandise. For women's merchandise, we carry up to size XXL, when available. In select men's clothing we carry sizes up to 6XL.
Can I get a catalog?
Due to our large and ever changing inventory, we are unable to offer a physical catalog at this time.
Do you offer gift certificates?
We do not offer gift certificates at this time.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible, at this time, to input more than one shipping address per order.
What is a manufacturer direct item?
Manufacturer direct items are those that are shipped to the customer directly from a specific manufacturer. Each manufacturer has agreed to ship within a specified time frame, which varies by manufacturer. The time frame needed to produce and ship the item is listed under the item's picture. The shipper is selected by the manufacturer, and together they negotiate guarantees of quality delivery. We cannot offer expedited production or shipping for these items.

We currently do not offer overseas shipping.
